Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new market segments, industries, or geographical regions for expansion
  • Utilize various tools to generate leads and contact prospects through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
  • Master the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, aligning pitches with the company's solutions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, managing administrative elements required for contracting
  • Contribute to the development of the company's growth strategy
  • Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Monitor competitors and propose strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
  • Ensure administrative follow-up with clients and implement a client development strategy in coordination with account management teams

Your Skills

  • Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling MarTech products, ideally in SaaS model
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in negotiating agreements and contracts
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Capability to work independently and take initiative
  • In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate market needs
  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure and persist in achieving goals
  • Clear and persuasive communication, both orally and in writing
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed set objectives
