Responsibilities
- Being an advisory partner for board members in the area of French labor law and HR topics, including contact with labor lawyers as necessary.
- Personal data management in the internal HR system (Lucca) including contracts, updates, welcome and termination documentation and handling employee information requests.
- Oversee payroll processes, including coordinating with an external payroll company, updating staff data, monthly payroll checks, ensuring accurate and timely payment, tax, and social security filings.
- Absence management, all employees’ contracts, organization and supervision of onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conducting recruitment for open positions, managing job applications, conducting interviews and organizing test days as needed.
- Coordinating employee evaluation and feedback meetings and handling ongoing apprenticeship.
- Cooperating with stakeholders and HR teams from other countries in order to ensure alliance in HR policy across all countries.
Your Skills
- Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level).
- Approximately 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on French labour law, payroll administration, and personnel management.
- Good knowledge of French labor law and HR regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems for personal data management and documentation.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including coordination with external payroll providers, tax filings, and social security compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, including organization and execution of interviews with candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and HR teams across multiple countries.
Nice To Have
- Experience in IT software companies with their own products is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Lucca or similar HRIS systems for efficient personal data and payroll management.
- Deep knowledge about recruitment methodologies, including direct search and headhunting techniques, to attract top talent effectively.
