Responsibilities

In your role you are especially responsible for the sales success of our SaaS solution Dartagnan (E-Mail Builder). 

Content Strategy 

  • Developing and managing an editorial strategy in line with Dartagnan's marketing objectives and values.
  • Identifying market trends (CRM, marketing automation, UX/UI, etc.) to create differentiating and high value-added content.
  • Suggesting innovative editorial approaches to increase visibility and engagement.

Content Production

  • Writing, editing and supervising the production of a variety of content: blog articles, case studies (e.g. Center Parcs), ebooks, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • Create SEO-optimised material, by integrating strategic keywords and SEO best practices.
  • Working with the design teams to produce compelling visuals and illustrations.

Managing Communication Channels

  • Promotion via social networks (LinkedIn, X, etc.) with engaging and targeted content.
  • Planning and coordinating email campaigns, ensuring that the tone and content are adapted to each audience segment.
  • Monitoring campaign performance (KPIs: open rate, click rate, engagement).

Internal Coordination

  • Working closely with the Marketing, Design, Product and Sales teams to develop content that is aligned with the needs of our customers and prospects.
  • Manage a rigorous editorial calendar to meet publication targets.

Your Skills

  • Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level).
  • Excellent knowledge of content marketing and storytelling techniques.

  • In-depth knowledge of best practice in emailing, responsive design and personalisation.

  • Strong skills in SEO and analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Experience with email creation tools (Dartagnan would be a plus).

  • A keen sense of creativity and the ability to transform complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.

  • Rigour, organisation and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Team spirit and ability to work with different departments.

  • A master's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in SaaS or Marketing solution.

  • Proven experience in creating high added-value content with measurable results.
