Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- Checking, recording and archiving incoming invoices
- Travel and expense reporting
- Creation of payment lists
- Create outgoing invoices and service records
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
Controlling
- Inform area managers about sales
- Monitoring order budget
- Commission calculation for sales team
General administrative Tasks
- Foreign money transfer notifications
- Report income tax-relevant information to HR
- Order/cancel employee job ticket
- Master data maintenance in Oracle Netsuite and PisaSales CRM
- Cash collection
Your Skills
- Language skills in German (at least C1) and englisch (at least B2)
Completed commercial training or (technical) university degree, e.g. office clerk, financial accountant or completed bachelor’s degree in economics
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and controlling
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs is a must
- A confident use of Oracle Netsuite, Google Suite and Slack is desirable
- You have experience communicating with customers
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, reliability and resilience
- You enjoy being actively involved in changes and are motivated to further develop yourself
- Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a precise and structured way of working
- Teamspirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment of varied, independent work in a dynamic environment
