Responsibilities

1. Implement a Marketing and Communications strategy that supports the Sales teams in achieving their goals

  • Develop and manage a marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and acquisition goals
  • Become an expert in the Digital Solutions market by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights and identify development opportunities
  • Set up a digital strategy (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing) to ensure the Group's visibility in European markets
  • Manage and animate the Prospect-Client-User Database and work closely with Sales teams to implement efficient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies
  • Lead the implementation of event, PR, and media strategies
  • Create performance indicators and manage their tracking and updating in line with performance goals (Cost per Lead, Channel Costs, Acquisition Rate, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate)
  • Lead cross-functional projects to equip various teams with the tools and materials to promote and master our solutions to prospects, clients, and users

2. Support the Product team in launching and communicating compelling value propositions for the group's solutions

  • Contribute to our strategic marketing playbooks and develop a differentiated and convincing Product positioning to ensure message consistency across all channels
  • Participate in defining Go-To-Market strategies for our digital solutions, based on market research and team alignment
  • Actively participate in the development of new features with our Product teams through continuous market and competitive monitoring
  • Plan and execute communication around our feature launches to engage target audiences and highlight the strategic positioning of our Solutions

3. Accelerate the brand development of our Solutions in European markets

  • Conduct market research in European countries to analyze competitors and help define the positioning of our Solutions in these markets
  • Develop and implement a (Growth) Marketing and Communications strategy that educates the markets about our activities and raises awareness of our Solutions across European markets
  • Tailor and specify this strategy based on target markets
  • Identify international events to participate in to promote our brand and generate leads internationally
  • Implement an international PR & Media strategy
  • Manage marketing employees based abroad

4. Help build a unified brand identity and a common Marketing and Communications strategy across the different entities of the Group

  • Work on building a consistent global positioning, a cohesive narrative, and a common brand image through the creation of a coherent and ambitious graphic and editorial charter
  • Train the Group teams in a deeper understanding of our Solutions to accelerate their international commercial deployment
  • Align your projects and strategies with your Group counterparts and work towards a coordinated deployment of these strategies
  • Deploy the necessary tools for the continuous sharing and enrichment of resources and materials across the Group
  • Contribute to active collaboration between the Marketing & Sales teams internationally

Your Skills

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French and German proficiency would be an additional asset)
  • You must be able to combine method and creativity to implement a results-oriented strategy that is ambitious, creative, and differentiating for our solutions
  • With experience in digital marketing and management, you have at least five years of experience in marketing, partly within SaaS / B2B companies
  • You are familiar with international MarTech offers and have developed a network, allowing you to forge relationships and build strategic collaborations
  • You have been part of a management team and led a marketing strategy, giving you the ability to take a long-term view while closely managing short-term actions
  • Technically, you possess a strong command of campaign management tools (Google Analytics, CRM, CMS) and have the skills to develop an analytical, insight-driven approach to deploy relevant management indicators
  • You are recognized for your ability to implement strategies focused on scalable campaigns, product evolution, upsell, multichannel growth actions, and targeted communication. Your methods and tactics enable the implementation of automated and scalable marketing to control growth marketing actions
  • Ideally, you have had the opportunity to build and manage a team covering product marketing, growth marketing, and communications. Preferable with midsize companies
  • You have significant experience in managing cross-functional projects, working closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams
  • Your communication and interpersonal skills will be your best assets in leveraging external partnerships in the marketing mix
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English (French proficiency would be an additional asset)
  • You are dynamic, creative, organized, rigorous, autonomous, and stand out for your responsiveness and interpersonal ease
  • Agile and versatile, you are able to manage, facilitate, and drive change in your processes and production
