Responsibilities

  • You develop and integrate E-Mail templates with HTML and CSS for the E-Mail Builder Dartagnan.

  • You coordinate and actively participate in development time estimates in line with the solution's technical and functional requirements.

  • You have an eye on new market trends regarding e-mail clients, routers, methodology, technology etc. and make sure that the quality of Dartagnan e-mails stays excellent.

  • You maintain technical documentation for developers.

  • You ensure the technical qualification of application malfunctions in collaboration with the product owner.

  • You constantly monitor the email ecosystem (routers, email designers, etc.).

  • You actively participate in or support the development of email-related patches.

  • You perform and maintain manual email quality control (with the support of third-party solutions and the mobile test lab at its disposal) by implementing automated tests as well as methods and technical tools for ensuring absence of regression.

  • You report on tests and POCs to the product team to motivate innovation and implement new functionalities (e.g. new email interactions, CSS animation, process optimization, etc.).

  • You report on time spent in the appropriate tools (JIRA).

  • You present and explain the technical changes made to the application to users of the solution (customers or JustRelate employees).

  • You provide technical training for the PCM team in the production of interactive emails.

  • Assists the sales team in the pre-sales and upsales phases with a particular technical focus on email or the Dartagnan solution.

Your Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of complex email development, with a strong appetite for research and innovation around email (desktop and mobile).

  • Good written and oral communication, fluent in professional and technical English.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS as well as a deep understanding about routers, e-mail clients and e-mail design.

  • Mastery of company operations and time management.

  • Strong ability to detect/anticipate customer/prospect needs and strategic risks.

  • Great sense of sharing and excellent teaching.
