Responsibilities
- Project Management: You will be responsible for deploying the Dartagnan solution within client teams by coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Technical Support and User Assistance: You will provide technical support and guide users in optimizing their use of the Dartagnan solution. You will help resolve technical issues and train users on the tool’s features. Your goal: user engagement with the platform!
- Research & Development: As a primary user, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Dartagnan solution by participating in R&D to develop new processes and features, while proposing innovations to meet user needs.
- Service Delivery: You will be involved in delivering services to clients using the Dartagnan solution, such as managing marketing campaigns, redesigning user journeys, and optimizing their use of the tool.
Your Skills
- Experience in project management and technical support.
Skills in R&D or process improvement.
Strong technical inclination to understand and manage software solutions.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or digital marketing tools.
- Strong French and English knowledge, German is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a teaching approach to train and support users.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
