Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute design pitches as well as facilitate workshops for customers.

  • Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible.

  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on customer feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand and influence the implementation of designs, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes.

  • Maintain and improve the UI/UX design system, ensuring consistency in style, branding, and usability standards.

  • Analyze and optimize existing user interfaces to enhance usability, functionality, and user satisfaction.

  • Work within agile teams, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align design work with development cycles.

Your Skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma.

  • Great customer management and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the ability to discuss design feasibility and limitations effectively with developers.

  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, web typography, and web accessibility standards (WCGA).

  • Experience with UX research methods, including A/B testing, heat mapping, and user journey mapping.

  • Ability to create and manage style guides and design systems.
