Responsibilities
- The Sales Development Representative's work focuses mainly on creating, qualifying and prospecting by telephone, email and via professional social networks
- The main objective of the SDR is to move leads through the sales pipeline (from Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead status). In particular, the SDR is responsible for processing inbound leads (provided by the Marketing team) and outbound leads (on the basis of a list drawn up by the SDR itself or assigned to him/her)
- The prospect qualification process is essentially based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe)
- Build up and maintain lists of prospects in defined cycles
- Contact these prospects through different channels (telephone, e-mail, social networks, etc.)
- Contacting prospects supplied by marketing, by telephone or e-mail
- Qualify the prospects contacted during a qualification call in order to move them from MQL to SQL (or demote them)
- Generate qualified appointments for the sales teams
- Actively participate in account reviews with the sales teams
- Actively share your observations, difficulties and/or successes with the teams (competitors, partners, advertisers, ....)
- Contacting clients and prospects to ensure they attend events organised by JustRelate, or in which JustRelate is involved
- Take part in events and trade fairs organised by or with JustRelate
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Your Skills
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the B2B technology sector
- A strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
