Responsibilities
- Conducting research to identify potential leads and target accounts within our key industries
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- 10 % share of travel to events every now and then
What you bring with you
- Proven experience (3-4 years) as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the B2B technology sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with tools like Sales Automation, CRM Software, ERP Software and CMS Software is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
